Neodrive

I have a Neodrive system in my Tandem fitted by Peter Bird. It looks like Peter is no longer in business, and I am struggling as to where I can get support. I have emailed the German manufacture, but that's proving a slow process, and they say take it to a dealer. They however cannot reference a UK dealer, now that Peter is no longer in business.
Fellow riders in the South West have helped, but currently I am coming up with dead ends, with some options offered. We do think it's the battery rather than the motor. The Battery is a UR-V2 unit. Can anyone point me in the direction of a dealer who can help. Are any members in contact with Peter perhaps who may be able to point me in the right direction.

EBay has a battery repair and diagnostic guy. Search for "e-bike battery repair service. That might be a way forward.

They probably won't be able to point you at a dealer, but may have an alternative way forward. Good luck.

Hi Roger. The only people I can recommend is Andy at Whoosh Bikes in Southend on Sea. He recently fitted a motor to our Cannondale tandem and did a great job.  He's very knowledgable and might be able to point you in the right direction. Best wishes. John.
